Shipping Information
At Beautifully Me, we aim to get your order to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Please take a moment to read through our shipping terms before placing your order.
Delivery Information
- Please ensure your address details are correct. If an incorrect address is provided, a redelivery fee will apply.
- Business address must include the full business name.
- Our couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes – please provide a residential or business address.
- Delivery times provided are estimates only. We do our best to dispatch on time, but once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery delays may occur beyond our control.
- Rural deliveries may take longer.
Tracking
- You will receive tracking details via email and SMS once your order has been dispatched.
- All parcels are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL). By choosing this option, you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage once the courier has delivered your order.
Dispatch Time
- We work hard to process orders quickly. Please allow up to 2–3 business days for dispatch*
- During busy periods (including Christmas) dispatch may take longer.
- Express Post is available, however, please note this does not mean same-day processing. Orders still require up to 2-3 business days to be packed and shipped.
Free Shipping
- FREE SHIPPING is available for orders over $150 (standard post only).
- Excludes Pack & Roll Dance Bags,(anything exceeding a 5kg satchel), or sale/discounted orders.
- Please note: you can receive either free shipping or a discount, not both.
Pack & Roll Dance Bags Shipping
- Not included in the $10 flat rate or free shipping
- Shipped via Direct Freight Express, with Authority to Leave.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your bag size and delivery.
International Shipping
- We do ship internationally.
- Please select international Shipping at checkout and we will provide you with a personalised postage quote via email.
- International orders are not included in the $10 flat rate or free shipping offer.
Local Pick-Up
- You will receive a text notification when your order is ready to collect.
- Please do not arrive before receiving your notification. If unsure, contact us directly to confirm your order is ready.
Christmas Delivery
- To ensure Christmas delivery, orders must be placed by Monday 15th December and shipped via Direct Freight Express
- Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier.
