The Moment Everything Changed

Picture this: It's backstage at a dance competition. I'm watching my daughter struggle with an overstuffed bag, lost shoes, tangled costumes, and zero space to get ready. I see the stress in her eyes — that look every dance parent dreads. Around us, other families are frantically searching for bobby pins, safety pins, and that one specific lipstick shade at 5 AM on competition day.

As I watched a fellow dance mum turn her car upside down looking for hair elastics, my heart broke a little. These talented kids shouldn't have to worry about forgotten essentials when they should be focusing on their passion.

That's when I knew: there had to be a better way.

From Heartbreak to Hope

I couldn't find a bag that truly worked — not one that was stylish, organized, and could keep up with the backstage chaos our dance families face. So I designed one.

The Pack & Roll Dance Bag was born out of love, purpose, and a little sparkle. I spent months researching, prototyping, and testing with real Australian dance families, ensuring every pocket and compartment served a purpose. The result?
